The Mantra of 4 Ones
For those who don't know me and are new here, my name is Danish Wadhwa, and I am just another digital agency owner of webdew.
A couple of weeks back, I posted about the first job I did for my agency for $5, and my connections out there were shocked that I really did start that small. And, as shocked as they were to see the post, I was also surprised to see how this one post got the highest views compared to my other posts in the past year.

So, as I said, I was both surprised and overwhelmed to see the kind of feedback I received; and it made me realize there are thousands of Danish out there, dreaming of starting a business, trying to keep up with low paying projects, or wondering if they would even make it or not.
So, I made another post to see how many people are interested in knowing I managed to scale my agency from $5 to $50k monthly revenue? And I could see there were quite a few people who were either planning to start their agency or were simply looking to scale up.
So, here I am sharing everything that worked for me and what did not in scaling my agency webdew.
The 4 One's I strictly abide by
Working towards a goal in itself is hard work. So, don't make it more complicated by trying to work on all your goals at once. Hence, focus on one goal at a time.
This way, you will gain more clarity and a sense of purpose. Besides, you will be able to manage your time, align your priorities, and stay driven.
When I started in 2016, my goal was clear, "To become the top marketing agency in India." And that's all I worked for until I achieved that. And once I did, only then did I move on to my next goal.
One Target Audience
Stick to a single target market, preferably one you really want to help and enjoy working with!
Treat it as a committed relationship, where you are solely devoted to just one particular target audience. And, your entire focus should be on how you can help them.
One Marketing Strategy
Find one way that you think is going to convert prospects into clients consistently. Be it webinars, link building, events, podcasts, email outreach, or even paid ads. Pick one and get excellent at it.
For me, having invested over $150,000 over the past 6 years, I know SEO is the best marketing strategy for my goals.
You must be wondering, why one year? Well, Rome wasn't built in a day, now was it?
In the same way, it will take a little while for you to get really, really good so you can amp things up further.
Choose one goal, pick one target audience, choose one marketing strategy, and do this all for one whole year. Start with one rather than having 4-5 target markets, a dozen different marketing strategies, and a gazillion different platforms or skills that you're trying to ace.
And believe me, you will definitely see the results!
So, that was all about the Mantra of 4 Ones that helped me in my journey of scaling my agency from $5 to $50k per month.
